How to buy
Making an order at our shop is very easy, you only have to choose an item, add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon and carry out your order using the payment method you prefer.

Delivery
We deliver our products to any place worldwide.
Deliveries will be carried out by postal blue package at the address given by the customer.
The normal delivery deadline for Spain takes place within 4-5 working days after payment confirmation has been received.
The postal address by default will be the one provided by the client when filling in the purchase form. If you wish to change the delivery address, you can do so by filling in the corresponding section to do so.
Client paying with PayPal should bear in mind that the only valid address is the one given to Ragalaxys. Therefore, any other address given to PayPal will not be valid.
Urgent deliveries or those ones ordered through a transport agency will be collected on delivery (COD).

Delivery expenses
Spain: 3€ postage.
Europe (EU): 6€ postage.
Other Countries: 10€ postage.

VAT included.

Payment Methods

In order to be able to carry out any purchase at Ragalaxys it will be necesary to register in advance. Once you have registered you will be able to order. There are several different ways to pay your order.

Credit / Debit Card:
The payment will take place on a BBVA secure server, through a Servired payment gateway.
Bank Transfer or Deposit:
By choosing a Bank transfer your order will have the "Pending" status until the transaction is valid.
The account number, order number, etc., will be indicated during the buying process.
Ragalaxys will inform you via E-mail about the status of your order.
Through PayPal:
This safe and secure service allows you to pay inmediately. In order to use it you need a PayPal account.
Cash on Delivery:
This payment method will increase the products final price in 4€ (product + shipping costs + cash on delivery costs)

Comments

In case it would not be possible to deliver the products on due time dued to insufficient stock we will inform you via E-mail of the new delivery date.
Should you disagree with the new delivery date, we will pay you back the amount you paid through the same payment method.
The colours and tonalities shown in the webpage can vary depending on the computer screen.
While ordering, Ragalaxys will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties, except to the transport agency, so they can deliver your order.
